Q: What areas do you work?
A: Mostly we work around the Northern Beaches, North Shore, Mosman etc. Occasionally we work elsewhere on bigger jobs. If you are not sure - just call us and ask 0415 479 316

Q:What sort of experience do you have?
A: We have experience in just about everything you can think of in electrical work. We have completed countless jobs during our 30+ years in the industry. Our staff are Clipsal trained and approved installers, which means you get double the warranty on your C-Bus equipment installed and programmed by us. 

Q: Do you use apprentices?
A: No. All of our people are fully qualified with many years of experience.

Q: Can you upgrade my old touch screen to a new IP based remote access system?

A: Absolutley. We are doing a lot of this kind of upgrade recently.

Q: My C-Bus system is doing weird things. What is wrong with it?

A: Don't panic. Most problems aren't that difficult to solve. We can send out a very experienced technician to investigate and advise. 

 

Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes. We have $20million dollars worth insurance. Don't worry.

Q: Are you Licensed?
A: Yes. 

Q: Do I get a warranty?
A: Yes.

Q: Why should I automate my new home with C-Bus?
A: Automation is the future, with so many useful features. It is customised to your personal needs and can be changed as your needs change. Plus you can get the added advantage of remote access via your smart phone.

Q:Can you pre program my C-Bus components to be installed by someone else?
A: Yes we can.

Q:Can you program a replacement part for my C-Bus system?
A: Of course we can.
